結論：
1.Compiled Binding (x:Bind) 只支援Mode = OneTime，其它像OneWay、TwoWay 會 Compile error。
2.Classic Binding (Binding) OneTime、 OneWay、 TwoWay Binding 能夠 Work。
3.Debug.WriteLine 對struct似乎無法直接印出所有屬性的值(整個struct 結構) (相較於Swift 的print struct)。
4.與Swift的struct一樣需同步後寫入到Page本身的ViewModel屬性內，否則DataContext與Page本身的ViewModel資料會不同步 (ValueTypes的特性)。
5.支援 x:Bind 事件。
